Some carts were off by a cent. Each line was rounded before tax, so small errors added up.

Rounding rules
Round a monetary amount one time, at the end of the calculation. Rounding in the middle moves the result.
Invoices use half-even rounding. An amount that ends in exactly half a cent goes to the nearest even cent.

The review of the tax path is complete. It has one finding, and a new test fails on it.
What I found
Line rounding: src/checkout/tax-total.ts rounds each line in taxTotal(), then adds the lines. The cart rounds one time, after the sum.
Failing case: three lines of 0.336 give 1.02. The correct tax is 1.01.
