Delete your account

Do it yourself from the app in a few taps. If you can't get in, email us and we'll take care of it.

From the app

  1. 1Open HB Code on your iPhone or Android phone.
  2. 2Go to Settings.
  3. 3Tap Delete Account.
  4. 4Confirm, and you're done.

Can't get in?

Email support from the address on your account with the line delete my HB Code account in the message. That's all we need to find you and get started.

What gets deleted

Your account, paired devices, the workspace records on our servers, mobile registrations, and notification tokens. The app clears its local data once the server confirms the deletion.

Two exceptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in that store. We may also keep some billing, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records for as long as the law requires.
