How to use more than one Claude Code or Codex account and see what's left on each

Settings › Agents in HB Code lists each Claude account and each ChatGPT subscription with its limit windows. You choose the account in use, and the next turn runs on it.

HB Code is a desktop app for Mac and Windows that runs Claude Code and Codex on your own computer, with your own Claude and ChatGPT plans.

Steps

  1. Open Settings › Agents on the desktop. Codex and Claude show side by side, each with the limit windows of the account in use.
  2. Select Claude. The Accounts card has a row for each account, with a meter for each limit window.
  3. Press Add account and complete the sign-in in your browser.
  4. Press Use on the row of the account that you want. The row shows In use, and the next Claude run uses that account.
  5. Select Codex. The Subscriptions card has a row for each ChatGPT account. Press Add subscription to sign in to one more, and Use to choose it for the next Codex turn.

Good to know

  • A run that is in progress keeps the account it started with.
  • A change of account doesn't move a conversation. Each Claude account reads and continues the same sessions.
  • The sidebar shows the tightest window of the account in use for each agent.
  • The iPhone and Android apps show the same limit windows, and you can choose the account in use there. You add an account and sign in on the desktop.
