How to run several Claude Code and Codex sessions in one desktop app

In HB Code each session runs one agent in one project folder. The sidebar lists your projects and their sessions and marks the sessions that run.

HB Code is a desktop app for Mac and Windows that runs Claude Code and Codex on your own computer, with your own Claude and ChatGPT plans.

Steps

Press Add project in the sidebar and choose a project folder on your computer.
Press New session on the project. In the dialog, choose the agent, Codex or Claude.
Press Start Codex session or Start Claude session. The agent stays fixed for the session.
To go on with a saved conversation of the agent, select it in the same dialog and press Continue conversation.
Start one more session for the next task. A marker in the sidebar shows each session that runs.
Select a session to open its thread. You can also open a session in a window of its own.

The agents run on your computer and work in your local project folders.
Codex runs on your ChatGPT sign-in and Claude Code on your Claude account. HB Code includes neither plan.
A message that you send during a run joins the running turn. You can also put it in the queue of the session.
The subagents of a session show as threads of that session.
